    Ha. Hahaha. Ha. Of course, of course.... I finally have a solid "maybe" on some part-time work, and they want me to install an app. It installs, but errors out during account creation. My old-ass device, or their bad backend? The world may never know.

      @scribus I have had a “background check” in progress for two and a half years at DoorDash because of an error on their backend that nobody has ever been able to help me with.

        @zeldatra Yeah it's definitely backend, even the supervisor onboarding me was perplexed and had no one to get answers from. It was fun! haha
