  9. @critialcloudkicker I know that the wall is an opportunistic campaign slogan. I am simply mocking the concept by that cartoon comparison. Once he said it was as wall to be paid for by Mexico. Then he said it was a fence. Now he said that it will be a wall paid for by the US taxpayers, and that Mexico will "pay later".
