You just sign up at artscow.com, go to create a watch, pick the bezel you like, upload the template: http://i.imgur.com/CyEvm.png, fiddle with the size until it looks right, then hit order. New users get a bunch of free items. I got this, and the watch from Goldeneye (http://i.imgur.com/vvi7P.png) and I didn't pay a dime.

@toksyuryel Yeah, it's hellaciously expensive to play competitively. You can play for free online with services like cockatrice, and then card prices aren't an issue. You can also solo with Forge.

@renovatedkitchen Well, since they refuse to consent to me setting a Service Level Agreement (because it would reign in their abuse of IT resources), they also don't get to hold me to a minimum standard of out of hours coverage. They can't have it both ways.

@ceruleanspark Its becoming rediculous how companies work these days. Not even managers care about the other workers. They seem to have the idea that they are great and will become rich. Its sick to me at least. Because they are closer to the workers than anyone. The higher ups don't care about their managers. Whats worse, is I've been seeing that managers seem to believe that you can get something out of nothing. "Its all about customer service"> Will have ABSOLUTE MINIMAL workers on, to the point that clients are complaining about lack of service. Then the workers get the flak for (not working hard enough)?
