I'm back from the company Christmas party. It was extremely loud and the buffet was an organizational disaster (waiting 15 minutes in line). I had good conversations but the music made it barely possible to understand each other.

people are giving ajit pai FrankerZ for his quirky "i'm just a guy!!!" green screen pics but for me personally it's one of the most convincing cases for making me believe he's just a sad guy who wants to be liked

I always like the idea of having enough followers on Twitter that I argue with people all day, but only over stuff that matters, and without real consequence. People like Branson Reese and Dan Harmon have arguments but over a lot less as if it's a lot more

@tiff I know for a fact that one of them is length, if the video is under a certain length it won't get the preview. I THINK one of the other factors MIGHT be how much the thumbnail matches up with content in the video.

@mrmattimation Looking at my subs feed that might be it. A lot (but not all) of the videos with title cards for thumbnails don't get it
