So the iOS version of Vice City censors every use of the word "Haitian" because some anti-defamation group threatened to sue back in 2003. Well, they adjusted the audio, but not the cutscenes, so I just got treated to a full three seconds of Avery Carrington flailing his arms about with nothing coming out of his mouth because they straight-up just removed the word "Haitian" from the audio file, meaning all his dialogue was out of sync from the video.

@mrmattimation That's racist of them to censor that word. Like what are they trying to get at, that people from Haiti shouldn't even be mentioned?

@polarbear A Haitian group in Florida felt the game was making them all look like thugs and took specific issue with a line that Ricardo Diaz says early on in the game, "Kill that Haitian cherry!"

(In case you don't know what I'm talking about, Bud Light bottles apparently contain the sentence "The perfect beer for removing "no" from your vocabulary for the night" on them now and it sounds really date rapey.

Went to check my phone bill which I was about two months behind on and found out they credited my account with the deposit I put down on the phone last may, so my almost $200 phone bill was $1.78.

@mrmattimation I always maintained that they should have ended Murder She Wrote by showing that Jessica Fletcher actually committed all those murders for her novels and framed all the people she claimed were the murderers.
