@awg It's done, not sure how "traditional" it is though. Most aborigins here were quite primitive. Plus there wasn't that much of a need, if you look at the pampa, it was really, really plain with nothing for big-ish prey to hide in. Just hop on a horse and start riding and you'll eventually find something to hunt. As for small prey I think it was mostly caught with traps.

Six years guys. That's a third as much as some of you have been alive, and over half how old some were when they made an account. For me it has been a fourth of a lifetime. Even met my girlfriend here even if her stay was only two days. I might not come around as much nowadays, but this place still means something. Thanks to the people who keep it running, and thanks to those that made it fun. Might broadcast some assorted horses in a while to celebrate.

@awl im doing well ish. work was being a cherry to my gf so she quit today. now they are being rude to me. they are threatening me with a wright up because i didnt finish the dishes the other night. my shift had eneded and i didnt feel well enough to stay any longer to finish things up. I feel as though they are holding me back and not being kind. As a result i am frustrated and am highly considering finding different work. for the moment though I am taking things one step at a time and evaluating my options.

@awl I understand being opposed to police brutality but I don't know what refusing to stand for the national anthem has to do with that, when you just turn around and say you love the country and the anthem is an expression of love of country, not a blanket approval of everything it's ever done.

Thinking about all the qualifiers and red tape of the service, I now think about evade and capture qualifiers which we went through every two years regardless of mobilising. In fact it comes to mind a story about a Yuzhezin, a second grade officer who had been captured by the mujahadin and held on ransom for five days. Eventually set free, and not two days after being debriefed from the whole debacle he was given orders from command to return to Promezhicy (far north; we were in the far south). He was of course worried. Rushed back to the command centre he had to ask what had gone wrong. Was he under suspicion of collaborating with the enemy? No. He was to undergo evade and capture training not a week after being released from capture. The story ended naturally with "needed to be trained on evading anyways".

@deadshot I have fired the M92FS on a couple of occasions. I found it to be a decent pistol, but truthfully speaking, I would much rather have a Glock 17 or a Sig Sauer P226/Mk.25 when it comes to a full-sized 9mm handgun.
