My USB stick works great with my Wii once it is detected. It is a very small USB stick that barely sticks in the USB port so I need many times to make it work. I'm looking for a bigger external drive anyway.

Perhaps Celestia and Luna rose to power by controlling the time of day. That's certainly how Nightmare Moon intended to rise, who's to say they didn't use the same tactics in order to control the little ponies? Natural events probably can happen on their own, it's just Celestia and Luna have been controlling them for so long that it's all anyone can remember.

@zeldatra I suspect she could be just as religious as any other pony, or moreso, but that Pinkie's sense simply didn't fit into her rigid set of beliefs, like gifts of the Spirit for J-Witnesses or like divination for most of Christianity.

@cinnamonswirl I meant that the princesses need to earn a title as scientists do with a doctor's degree, given the fact that friendship (magic) is a thing that can be learned and do science on in the MLP universe.

@cinnamonswirl In my doctrine, the fall of Lucifer meant the fall of a third part of the angels with him. Luna didn't seem to have that much of a following, or maybe we just haven't heard about it. Personally, I see Celestia as a translated being, prophetess, and seer. Though there's never been any definite record of a translated being becoming corrupted (like Luna) it may still be possible, yet a return to grace for such a being would be nigh impossible. Cain is rumored to have received immortality after his unforgivable transgression, for instance, but that's not reliable doctrine, afaik.

@princelypublictimeline based on the evidence provided by the series, the premise is not faulty. Sweetie Belle gets mad and gets revenge on her sister, dreams about the consequences. Scootaloo is traumatised by creepypasta, dreams she's in a creepypasta. Significant events or decisions in ponies waking lives actively influence their dreams.

@cinnamonswirl but we're not sure that's a pattern due to them/their world, or just air-tight writing. Remember in shows/movies/comics that dreams are never meaningless and writers who use dreams always justify them in the narrative. Since we dont have enogh info to distinguish which of these is true, we need to start re-examining the validity of either the premise or claim

@mylittletrixie Considering Discord is at least equal in power, if not superior, to Luna, and his chaotic nature, Luna might be unable/unwilling to look into his dreams. Or he can simply not dream.

@mylittletrixie Discords dreams probably /are/ opaque to her (Or at least particularly dangerous), and in the case of Chrysalis and Tirek, they pulled surprise attacks, so Luna wouldn't have been able to "keep an eye on them" because she didn't suspect anything.
