Hopefully I can eventually get back up here when I have some experience and more certifications under my belt. I have to go where I got a job offer; it is difficult to compete without experience where I live. There are unions that offer good apprenticeship programs, but I quickly found out that it is virtually impossible to get into one of those unions without knowing someone.

@metaltao It won't be too bad, as the job I found is around 60 miles away from where I live (I also grew up where this job is located). I don't feel like moving all of my stuff, especially considering that I have been in this apartment for four years. :P
