@metaltao I was mildly annoyed, given that I already had started boxing things, but at least I didn't find out even later at a point where everything was ready to move.

@metaltao I found out at the last minute, but it turns out that I am not going to have to relocate after all (at least for the time being) for my new job. I will be working closer to home after all. :)

I am pleased that I don't have to relocate, given a change of plans with my new employer (I will be working in a division closer to home). However, it would have been nice if they didn't wait until the orientation to tell me about it (I already started boxing things up in preparation for relocating).

I left my ratchet/socket sets at my parents' place out of town (about an hour away), and one of the bolts from one of those skid plates (or whatever they are called) underneath my car had a bolt come loose. *Irritating rattle sound.*
