    @ceruleanspark Lets say I have 5 real friends, and 50 people who sometimes read my facebook wall ( or equivallent ). One day I try out LoL and get 4 out of my 5 close friends to play it with me. The people on my facebook wall ( or equivallent ) get to see that I played the game and liked Riot Games for a free reskin of Tristana. So they do the same, and try out LoL. Lets say roughly 10% of them buy a skinpack... This is how it has been working for LoL
