@mrmattimation It's not going to operate as a list, because that'd be horrendously impractical for them to implement. The idea is to carve the internet into tiers, with the companies that negotiate best treatment being put on the top tier, the ones with less money below them, and "everything else" in the bottom "best-effort" tier. Their equipment can do that today even. As for sites outside america not being covered by american law, how well do you think RDN would do without any american posters? There'd be like, 2 of us left.
