Well I may have seen a movie ad dumber than The Purge or Saw; pitch was "What if everything is a clue and YOU ACTUALLY LIVE IN AN ESCAPE ROOM!?!?" Big damn room, since I've flown to both Hawaii and Florida... spent high school ratting around multiple malls... just came back from the beach today.... I mean, Truman never got to leave town! Dark City was still more than *A* room - it was a whole-ass city!!

CALIFORNIA FULLY REOPENS TODAY!!! I mean, yeah, sure, there ARE still some restrictions, still wearing masks indoors and on transit and if unvaccinated, BUT FULLY OPEN! I mean, private businesses can still make their own decisions, and require distancing, BUT WE'RE DONE!! Except with the stuff we're still doing.

Children. Having children is the breaking point of every Sims game. It takes two godrotten hours for them to put the little wantwit on the potty chair, by which time they're sitting in a soiled diaper. You tell them to potty train when it's halfway full, you sit for three hours waiting. You wait for yellow (not even orange or red) on the meter, and it's already too late. Sims potty training is like trying to catch a pear ripe. It may happen, yeah, but it's 100% luck. !vgp

Although, parking in downtown Los Angeles requires about 45 minutes of circling the block, trying to navigate one-way streets and dead-ends just to point the right direction to turn into a lot

@kirumin Yes, and it was a lovely evening. We played "5 Minute Marvel" (which doesn't so much take 5 minutes to play as it gives you a 5 minute time limit per "round" or whatever; still fun, fast-paced) and I got some good feedback on my pumpkin cookies
