  1. @cabal Well, whatever it is now, it works. Kind of funny how things evolve in ways that you don't expect... hm, sort of like a certain TV show.

  2. @cabal also I know some people left here in favor of the Skype chats, Google+, or wherever else.

  3. @cabal There's a lot of users who signed up and then never posted. I think a lot of them never gave the place a chance. Plus a lot of those are people who WERE roleplaying on here, and left for the RP site when it opened. (I miss those guys :)

  4. @cabal Welcome back. Client-enforced character limits are annoying, lol :[

  5. @kingcarcinopony Apparently not. IIRC, the primary complaint was roleplaying other people's already established and agreed-upon characters, and then generally ignoring or telling off others who were trying to be nice about it.

  6. @cabal Oh. Derp. Gahhh get a real client :|

  7. @cabal Can...?

Wednesday, 17-Aug-11 00:27:02 UTC from web in context
  8. @kingcarcinopony Most RPs have basic rules that are fairly common sense, like "don't be a tard and go around killing every character off, or hijacking the storyline."

  9. @fluttershy321 If you're not aware: @cabal started this site and is an admin; and I'm a moderator. You might want to consider listening.

  10. @cabal Question regarding that. Is casual stuff (e.g. a little back-and-forth with no storyline or whatever, that just goes on for a couple lines) still allowed here?

Wednesday, 17-Aug-11 00:23:06 UTC from web in context
  11. @fluttershy321 Then don't roleplay. You more or less barged in and entirely ignored everyone else in order to have your own private roleplay, and then told them off when they tried politely to ask you to respect the rules of the site.

  12. @moongaze Just type the name of the group with an ! in front of it. It'd probably be sufficient to reply to yourself with the group tag.

  13. @zachariastargazer Y'know what might possibly work? Get a PO box somewhere and have real Letters to Celestia. Kinda like the askpony blogs, except with postal mail. In all likelihood it'd mean a lot lower volume, so it'd be easier to answer everything.

  14. @zachariastargazer Errr. you aren't joking? Please don't. It would just come off as really weird, sort of disturbing, and possibly a little sad.

  15. @abigpony He could easily set up derpymail or whatever to redirect to his gmail - that's what I do. I even get a "derp" tag on everything sent to derpymail. He used to use sethisto@equestriadaily.com but for some reason dropped that.

  16. @zachariastargazer There's a thing about burning letters in there. It's kind of a meh movie.

  17. @zachariastargazer I take it you have seen Alabama Moon.

  19. @starshine also, my imposter was an IMPOSTOR.

Tuesday, 16-Aug-11 22:11:39 UTC from web in context
  20. @miloth that ellipsis was an IMPOSTER! It was just two decimal points and a full stop.

  21. @miloth You might see, but @eaglehooves doesn't.

  22. @shadowdash I don't know. There is a bunch of that stuff in the music torrent, separated into its own folder for my deleting convenience.

Tuesday, 16-Aug-11 21:58:19 UTC from web in context
  23. @shadowdash Aren't there like 200 of them by now?

  24. @emaodash Howdy!

  25. @thelastgherkin I wonder if there's a tag on Ponibooru for this.

  26. @thelastgherkin Oh gosh, those are the only ones I have. Are there more Giant Pinkie Pie photos out there?

Tuesday, 16-Aug-11 21:32:02 UTC from web in context
  27. @thelastgherkin It could happen. Both of them do exist to scale in real life. http://ur1.ca/4xbiw

  28. @thelastgherkin Oh gawd. From the thumbnail and not really reading your text, I thought that actually was a photo of # standing next to a huge Pinkie Pie sculpture.

  29. @elicoor13 Nah, keep grinning. It'd probably be a good idea to pay at least some attention to class, though

  30. @thelastgherkin I just used room temperature water. I've read that hot water works better though.
