Are you gonna throw her? " Shining Armour grinned "Honey, assume the position." Cadance curled up into a ball. Shining grabbed her and lifted her up, standing on his hind legs. pulling back his right leg he dropped his wife and kicked with all his might. She flew through the sky, till she landed in the market. And exploded.

#totw I (Shining Armor) would order to evacuate Canterlot, and make sure there are NO lovers within the same evacuating camps to unappeal Canterlot to the changelings while garrissoning the city. If there is no to little love to be found the changelings should disperse. After the capital is secure I would bring out the honey-cannons and blitzkrieg to save the day in Appaloosa... Griffons can not fly when sticky with honey and they should quickly surrender.

I can't see it, but in the distance lays Appaloosa taken by the Griffon Empire. The troops have finish gathering below. "Equestria is under attack! It's up to us now to protect our beloved land and kick the invaders out. However, we cannot risk splitting up our troops now to fight on two different fronts. Therefore, It is up to me to decide where we focus our counterattack. I have chosen to free the capital city. By the time we are done the Griffons will have reinforced Appaloosa and it will take days, even months to reclaim it. But worry not! For I promise you that we will succeed! Even more, we will make them pay 10 fold for every second their claws defile our land! For every pony harmed! For every blood spilled! NOW ON TO CANTERLOT! FOR THE PRINCESSES! FOR HARMONY! FOR EQUESTRIA! HOORAH! (too long?)

Gather all Pegasi legally old enough to join in with you on a flight mission, dive bomb the Griffons with one half, the changelings with the other half. Combine the powers of the unicorns, in one of the most powerful magic blasts in all of Equestria. Use it to blast the changelings away, follow it up the next day with the Griffons. Repair Canterlot and Appaloosa.
