@eaglehooves no. as long as the program runs, she will be trotting, but she can walk in both directions unlike cerulean. he just hops backwards.

I've never seen you before, that means you're new, 'cause I know every pony, and I mean every pony on RDN, and if you're new, then that means you haven't met anypony yet, and if you haven't met anypony yet, you must not have any friends, and if you don't have any friends then you must be lonely, and that makes me so sad, and now I have an idea, I'll just throw a great big ginormous super-duper spectacular welcome party and invite everypony from RDN. And now you have lots and lots of new friends!

@powerupbrony download desktop ponies. make a copy of a pony that seems like a good base for your oc, or use pixel-ponies.devinatart.com and get a blank base. use ms paint or paint.net or another pixel art program to recolour. if you want an animation, you'l need some frames and a program to put it together. after you have your standstill and walkcycles, use the pony editor in desktop ponies to add it to the program.

I have some sprite ponies, but just standstills. if I turned them into desktop ponies, they would glide across the page like they were skating. but thanks to @dj9volt for getting those frames (in the future) for me!
