  7. @b3ltw4y You're welcome! You can do it! If I hadn't planned on serving a mission I would have been very interested in relationships when I was young i think.. Only problem was I was too awkward to attract anypony I liked xD'

  8. @b3ltw4y That's so sweet! In other cultures and in past ages you'd be marrying age already. If you really love each other I believe you'll both prove your responsibility and devotion. Really, 4 years can feel like an eternity, but it's nothing to wait for compared to the length of a marriage. I only waited a bit more than 1 year, and some get married in a matter of months or sooner after meeting each other, but for the law's sake I guess you're bound to wait until your parents say it's alright or you turn 18. :|

  9. @b3ltw4y I didn't even consider getting into a relationship til I was 16, and then it was only casual dating, never commitment. I'm glad I didn't let it weigh me down so young.. But then, some get married young and that's cool. I'd always hoped to get married about 24 and I did.

  10. @b3ltw4y It's tough being young. For better or worse my dad wasn't a part of my life until I hit 27 years old. My mom was always very accepting of me, though she too has admitted she's glad I'm straight (despite having relationships with women her whole adult life until just a few years ago).

  11. @b3ltw4y I think my pop realizes I'm sort of past being embarrassed. Shame might have played some role if I weren't nearly 30, but by now all he can do is sit back and watch.

  12. @b3ltw4y lol* My dad gets a worried expression every time my interest in girly things comes up. He's admitted that he's just glad I'm straight. *shrugpony* (though I'm certain he'd love me if i were gay).

  19. @b3ltw4y I don't knnow how it is where you are, but here, being 14 would mean you no longer were a child but youth - whis isn't really of any use but something cool to brag about :P Also: http://www.polyvore.com/cgi/img-thing?.out=jpg&size=l&tid=41924266

  24. @b3ltw4y Eep. To be honest, the way i go about it is if someone asks, i dont deny at all. But i dont go right out and tell them. Usually blurting out "I WATCH MY LITTLE PONY AND LIKE IT" outta nowhere gets the worst responses. If they are asking, it usually brings a good response.

  28. @b3ltw4y Thats how i deal with it. But with less swearing and more passiveness: "yeah, im a brony. You dont seem to like that. Ok. What do you like?" and so on.

  29. @b3ltw4y Precisely. That should be ingrained at this point, but I guess then people would take it out of control with their behavior if it were.

  30. @b3ltw4y I know that feel. My family used to and I think they still do. They can think whatever they want. "The sooner you stop caring about what others think of you, the sooner you may find happiness in yourself."
