    @leonkfox Who on earth ever said Steam was a flawless saint of digital distribution? Steam has plenty of flaws. The fact that you continue to put words in my mouth is the best example I can think of of a one-sided viewpoint. And I already explained the pricing thing. Publishers charge less than retail on digital services -> Retailers lose sales -> Retailers stop stocking the publisher's games in protest -> Publisher loses a lot more money than they gain through digital distribution. In the current market, digital prices are controlled by retail stores.

      @puzzlemint I didn't say that YOU SPECIFICALLY SAID THAT, that's what I hear from countless PC fanboys and people who are convinced digital distribution is flawless and is the future. And who's putting words in whose mouth again?
