      @ceruleanspark Yeah, some of the last decade's Sonic games have been legitimitely... well... poor. I picked up 'Sonic Unleashed' on the cheap. Wish I hadn't done that... That said, I thought the Rush games for the DS were pretty bloody good. But no-one seems to care, really!

      @ceruleanspark Well, I had an idea for what the middle ground could be already. A nice big sidescrolling Sonic game with perfect Classic physics and a trillion playable characters plus character customization. That way the oldschool fans could play as Sonic only if they so desired, the newschool fans could have their Shadow and Silver and OCs, and everyone could enjoy the game. Easy.
