        @ceruleanspark Having just had to put together a flow chart to document, with intricate detail, a very simple process for people who can't handle the stress of having to think things through for themselves, I must say, "YES!!!!!"

          @astra I am somewhat tempted to replace the "Troubleshoot your computer" flowchart on my office intranet with one containing the following flow "Computer is broken">>Deal With It>>"Computer is fixed".
