      @eqdbot You know, I've not seen this, but I don't really get the concept. I find the appeal of the series to be its light-heartedness. I don't want a "darker version".

        @thelastgherkin I think it may be because a lot of us are more familiar with things we liked that were already darker, but since we remember liking it we're drawn to make it closer to the other things we've been known to like, even if it might not necessarily make the this universe any more interesting. Though I think I'm pulling this from !EqDaily's Q & Neigh 2 or 1. Can't remember which. ... Also, working with a light hearted world and keeping it there takes a lot of work and consideration.

            @thelastgherkin I'm not really into dark too much either. XD At least not going by Fanfics and whatnot, though I did have a blast with # and # which are both mildly-dark. But I'm about to watch the video right now~.
