    1. @tenmihara If writable DVDs and USB storage were cheap enough to give away these days that'd be totally doable. But, y'know, that $10 16GB thumb drive is an investment. Same for those 100 DVD-Rs for $20.

      1. @engelhardt I've got a Thumb drive, but I wanted to know if there was any requirements or formatting changes that needed to be made to get them to play on the PS3 itself

        2. @tenmihara PS3 can play MKVs, AVIs, MP4s...pretty much all the standard formats.

          3. @engelhardt I WISH the PS3 could play MKVs. Have to go through a Media Server to be able to do that.
