Seeing as it was awesome degrees out today, I had my window down as I was pulling into the apartment complex where I live. I'm not sure if it was the fact I had my window down, or the dome wax I've started using, but some kid, who looked like she was about 10 took notice of my very shiny head, and shouted 'BAHAHAHA YOU'RE BALD!'. I really wanted to stop, get out of my car, and tell them 'Thank you for noticing! I use shaving oil and dome wax, I put a lot into having a shiny head', or say 'Hey! You're 10 and already obese, the law of averages says this means you come from a low income family and are setting yourself up for a life a heart complications!'. But I did neither of these things and instead ran her down with my car. Part of this story is a lie.

Has anyone stopped to think that the apples are McIntosh, often shorthanded to Mac, yet when his name is spelled out in full, it's Macintosh, which would imply his cutie mark has something to do with computers?

Just asked one of my favourite bands if they'd let me do some candid photography of them while they have dinner next time they're in my area. If they're okay with it I'm going to be very, very excited. Or as excited as I get anymore. These days my mood ranges from 'Oh, no, yeah, I don't, ehhh...'. To 'Oh yeah, it's...yeah, I like it'.

@miloth It's so fun to watch people mangoes and moan over what Octavia plays. Both the bass and cello are played in the bass clef, her cutie mark is a treble clef, and when Pinkie grabs Octavia's bow and goes nutty on her instrument, it's waaaaaaaay out of the register of what a bass, or a cello can play. It's evident the animators didn't know dick about music, and just arbitrarily drew her with a large stringed instrument, not intending it to be either or.

Anyone else feel guilty listening to the same record over and over again? I'll find a band, really dig 'em, but won't want to listen to their record that much. There's so much music out there, and with the internet, there's so much great multicultural music at our fingertips, there's no point in putting the same record on repeat. It's so boring to listen to the same thing over and over again, I always want to be listening to something new. I feel like I'm neglecting all the music that's out there if I'm listening to the same things.

A lot of people go through life like they play Tetris. They build everything around that one piece, and it's always the same piece, the straight one. They keep waiting and waiting for it, and it never comes, everything's built around an event that never happens, and when it does, it's too late.
