@blueblaze I remember disliking single sentence posts in Forum RPs. I stopped doing them because they were consistently hard to regulate

@knoxemerald Well I'm absolutely rubbish at shipping; I can throw a couple jokes around, but pure comedy might be a stretch. Normal stuff is probably the easiest, especially if you can capture the episodic feel, but my favourite stuff to write is anythign adventury

@tenmihara I have done shipping. Pretty positive reviews on that. I like it, but it kinda makes it the main focus so it can get stale. I haven't tried anything else yet since i'm new.

@knoxemerald So, first thing I'm noticing is that you do something I've been called out on for a few times before. You tend to repeat the same words (excluding things like 'it', 'the' and 'a') within the same phrases. For example, this sentence: "The quiet atmosphere of the library was abruptly and temporarily destroyed by Twilight's hasty entrance (into the library)" The part I put in brackets is somewhat redundant, as you already established that Twilight was entering the library

@knoxemerald I advise you (like any other writer I talk to) to check out the writer training grounds on Ponychan. I got a lot of good advice from them, as can anypony ^^
