@ceruleanspark and when he drinks it he drinks the glass. also when AJ is eating the apple they start out as cores, then when she takes a bite a half comes back. Dont cha just love Discord? ;D

@chillman23 They did a bunch of clever stuff with the animations. I'm disappointed that they didn't play the theme tune backwards or something though.

@ceruleanspark I didn't think of it as a throwaway, at least not more than any of his other small gags. I'm also very pleased about the subversion of 'Defeat Equals Friendship', considering that Discord was evil through and through

@tenmihara I mean throwaway insofar as it only lasted a couple of seconds and wasn't intended to be the main focus of the scene it was in.

@tenmihara Conciousness, I think. Discord wasn't really bringing about chaos as part of any specific goal. I think he's more like a force of nature. Entropy with a face.

@tenmihara I don't think it's necessarily anymore evil than a lion eating a gazelle or an earthquake wrecking your house. I don't think he thought he was being evil either, I think he saw himself as improving them.

@ceruleanspark I disagree with you on that one; a Lion doesn't torture the gazelle it kills, and it only does so for the sake of survival. Discord mind raped the mane cast because he found it amusing

@tenmihara Well you assume he found the actual raping amusing. If he thought he was making the mane cast better (from the perspective of an entity that prefers chaos to order) then why wouldn't he be amused by what he was doing?
