So. My mum just walked in while I was drawing Twilight Sparkle. Since I'm sitting with my back to the wall, she didn't see what I was doing, but I decided to show her what I had made. So I said "Hey mom, look what I drew!" She looked at it, then said "... Why purple? Couldn't you have made it, I dunno, light blue?" (She really doesn't like purple and pink.) So I said "Sure, but then I'd have to draw Rainbow Dash instead." and showed her a picture of RD. Then we talked a little about how there were certain ponies from the show that are funnier to draw than to make up your own to draw (imho, of course). She said "I do find it kinda scary." But right before she left, she said "Actually, I don't find it scary. It's just funny to say." Conclusion: I love my mom.

@flaxx I kinda have to hide my broniness from EVERY person in my life. I only know about one person who actually likes MLP and that's my 3-year old sister.

@lightningcrash That sucks. :/ Luckily for me, my mom is awesome and very open minded, and I've managed to convert pretty much all of the people I hang out with IRL. Oh, and one of my stepbrothers discovered me and some friends when we had an MLP marathon at my place, and pretty much his only comment was "Heh, I didn't know you were that much of a brony."

@flaxx Haha, that was a great story. My mom though it was weird, until one day while I was layed off she IM'd me from work and was like, "OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH so you're a brony!" Then the universe was in balance.

@jinroh I may actually know somewhere where I can get some brushables. I think I'd prefer the other, smaller ones (whatever they're called), though. But then of course, any of them would do.

@flaxx I used to prefer the moulded ones to the brushables, until I got my AJ. Now brushiebrushie is the one light in my otherwise miserable life.
