  1. Oh for god' sake, turns out via word from a friend that said Easycap is useless for 360 recording, but I can't cancel it. ><

    2. @rotation Isn't that a royal pain in the arse on the internet though, especially the Amazon Marketplace?

    4. @rotation @redenchilada @leonkfox Sucks that EasyCap seems to be the REAL DEAL and EzCap is the fake, when it's actually the other way round. The EzCap is amazing to me, i dont use it anymore, gave it to my fiance the other day, i've had a HD PVR for the past year, but the Ezcap is the best starting point IMO.

      1. @katdjtized An HD PVR? Good man. It's the best choice. I used to use a Dazzle.

        1. @redenchilada I am upgrading my setup again in february, when i buy my editing rig (currently computerless), going up to a Blackmagic Intensity Pro, and thats where i am staying. I have TWO reasons for this. 1. HDMI recording = YAY. 2. I can actually cheat, and record PC games via HDMI Out, TO the capture card, and be able to play without any lag. It's quite cool :3

      2. @katdjtized Yeah, I saw Ezcaps on Amazon, but thought they were knock offs because of the knock off ish sounding name :/

        1. @leonkfox I remember my FIRST easycap, was back when Easycap was the official name. But it wasnt trademarked like EzCap, so people made copycat versions that lacked features. so i bought ANOTHER easycap in 2009, and noticed lower quality, and then in 2010, when i got the xbox, realised it wasnt xbox compatible.

        2. @leonkfox so they changed to EzCap so people couldnt make knockoff devices using that brand name legally. Was a wise move.
