@mrdragon As a support person who receives plenty of abuse, I try to be nice to phone support people, but there's a line, and that line is when I have successfully looped the phone script 3 times without managing to get anywhere.

@ceruleanspark Phone scripts are nice for a general Q&A but when you need a real discussion on the subject, they need to throw it out.

@leonkfox No, when I try and log in it says that my account has been deactivated. I know I don't use it very often, but that's ridiculous. I'm guessing it's because someone tried to bruteforce my password and it's locked because of too many wrong guesses or something.

@leonkfox I don't think that's it. I've not used my PSN account for periods much longer than this without this happening, so I'm guessing it's some kind of security thing.
