    Oh my god. There is a fire nearby. It smells like burning wood and it's all hazy everywhere. Scary thing is, we can't see the actual fire itself. What a great thing to wake up to at two in the morning.

      @sciaenops22 Nah, it's when you can *see* the fire that you have to worry. I used to live in a house backed up to a drainage channel, and on the other side was a hill which caught fire almost yearly. Some years, it got to be damn scary.
