@jinny Adding tapes to the collection since the early '90s, until like 2006or something like that. I still use the vhs, to record tv programs and watch them later.

@nerthos #likeaboss #brohoof I remember I recorded pretty much all the Pokémon episodes of the first season on VHS when I was little. Dunno where all those tapes are now, though. :/

@nerthos I watched Pokémon around 7 every Saturday morning. :P I recorded them anyway, though, because I wanted to be able to watch them again. Ahhh... The good old days, before the internet. Before you could just download or stream whatever you wanted to watch. :P

@flaxx Yeah, having a cartoon or movie in tapes was something at that time. "Mom, can i go to john's house to watch the digimon movie he has?" Still, even at that time i was a pirate. I copied tapes with two VHS connected to my TV xD

@jinny Oh man. I remember those episodes on the sinking ship. That was so scary. D: And because you had to wait a week between every episode, it felt like they were on that ship forever. And now that you watch it, you realize they're not even there for an hour.

@nerthos The only Pokémon game I played very much was Crystal on my old GBC. Unfortunately it's borked now, so my save files gets corrupted. Nowadays I play some Leaf Green or Fire Red on an emulator occasionally.

@flaxx Disgaea is a tactic RPG based in accumulating blasphemous amounts of power, leveling from lvl 1 to lvl 9999, and then reencarnating them, and leveling them again, until your character becomes a god. The bad thing about it, is that you can be overwhelmingly powerful, you advance only a zone, and the enemys suddenly are much stronger than you.

@flaxx Best way to level up? there's a level with a special effect of invulnerability in all but one square. If youthrow a mob to another one, the resulting mob is the level of mob 1 plus the level of mob 2, in the form of the most powerful one. You just built an ultra powerful one, and throw it into the only vulnerable square, and then half an hour hitting it until it dies and you level up lots.

@jinny Haha, yeah. XD Also, Caterpie. Probably Ash's most epic Pokémon. One of my favorite moments is when he catches it, and when it evolves into Metapod, and when Metapod evolves into Butterfree, and then when Butterfree leaves them. THE TALE OF BUTTERFREE IS THE MOST EPIC POKÉMON TALE OF ALL TIME!

@nerthos "Whatchamacallit" is pretty much just "what you may call it", and you can use it to address an object you don't really know the name of. And I'm not entirely sure what shenanigans means either. XD I do use it every now and then anyway, though. Because it's awesome.
