@pawnheart Yeah. There's a boxcutter on the desk, 4 boxes of paracetamol in my bag, and a hosepipe and some duct-tape in my car. There's a whole world of choices out there.

@ceruleanspark There's also a door. Or the Citizens Advice Bureau. Or a piece of official documentation from a medical professional. And when it comes down to a choice between suicide and any one of these other things, I think any other choice than considering that path is massively preferable, even if it is not accompanied by a long-term "practical" plan as such. I don't care if I sound pompous here, anything is preferable to you suffering that badly. Seriously.
