  1. Wait, so there's only going to be half a season 3 because most of the writers quit? Somepony please explain this to me.

    1. @1mudkip88 It's not a causality issue. It's just they were asked to produce 13.

      1. @retl Why only 13? To make everypony suffer? And did Hasbro ask them this or is it all still a mystery/rumor?

        1. @1mudkip88 EqD says it's a rumor, so take it as a rumor. http://www.equestriadaily.com/2011/11/more-season-three-information.html

            1. @1mudkip88 I can understand the feeling, but I'd personally rather it end on a high note than to drag on for years and become the new Sonic. Then again, but virtue of MLP having existed for so many years before FiM? Even if they shift directions, it's not going to be the end of MLP. And hopefully, it won't be the end of smart consideration of audience, either.

              2. @retl Season 4: Fashion is Magic! It's a bratz-dolls inspired take on ponies.

                1. @ceruleanspark I don't know the first thing about Bratz. But if it means new pony main six get Gen-4ed by clopfic authors, it might not be that bad.

                  1. @retl Bratz are super-sexualised fashion idol, consumerism promoting "being beautiful is more important than being smart" type dolls.
