@ceruleanspark It's @ponydude2143 idea. I think he's going to try to build an option to auto-encrypt/decrypt spoilers into RDN Refresh. But, in the meantime, cutting and pasting to www.rot13.de, or one of the multitude of other sites and programs, words fine. Seems like a fair compromise system to me, since it allows folks who want to talk about it a way to do so, without infringing on folks who haven't seen it yet and don't want to accidentally catch a glimpse of something that could ruin their enjoyment.

@astra The biggest issue with his otherwise solid idea is that the kind of people that post spoilers to RDN at the time are the kinds of people who're completely ignorant to the idea that they might by ruining it for others.

@ceruleanspark Yes, unfortunately, there's nothing that can stop people who just don't care from doing what they want, aside from actually posting the rules, and moderators enforcing them with a warning and then a silence. (And, before I get jumped on, I'm aware of why this hasn't been done, and I'm not griping. Just saying that this IS the only way.) Not everyone who wants to talk about the show while it's airing is a jerk trying to ruin it for everyone else, though. This is a My Little Pony site; they should be allowed to talk about it, as long as they do so considerately. For those people, this is a way to do just that.

@abigpony It was before that happened actually. First two weeks were spoiler central, Lesson Zero there was a huge "debate" about whether or not people should post unmarked spoilers in public, which basically consisted of WE CAN DO WHATEVER WE LIKE apples EVERYONE ELSE. Cabal got on my case about it then. Luna eclipsed I didn't bother because I was watching it with friends and it took 10 minutes for to happen, Last week it managed to not-happen organically though, which was nice.

@abigpony It does that, yes. I also have basically all the users who do it on my blocklist anyway because they tend to spam up the site with crap 90% of the time anyway. (I think you can guess who I mean)
