The bus is really scary to ride when high. Just felt like that needed to be said.

@theonepony My first thought was: "Damn, that must really be scary." My second thought was: "Challenge Accepted."

@remembernovember Hehe. Some blind guy with a dog got on. That thing was just staring at me.
-
@theonepony The dog wanted to get high too.
-
@remembernovember I wouldn't be surprised. Thing looked pretty chill.
-
@theonepony Dude, a high dog would be so awesome.
-
@theonepony You know what else is scary? Train stations. Of course, the stuff I had bought turned out to be spiked, so I had hallucinations. Kind of sucked, what with the AC system talking to me and all.
-
@lilytheamazingfaintingpony hey you study behavioral habits and stuff right?
-
@remembernovember I know, right?
-
@lilytheamazingfaintingpony That sounds really intense. I don't like hallucinations much, cause I never remember them. I always wake up in places with no idea how I got there.
-
@lilytheamazingfaintingpony what are some of the behaviors of people who are severely postramatic from war?
-
@lightingracer My bachelor has no direct American equivalent, but there is a lot of Behavioral Analysis in it, yeah.
-
@theonepony the only time Ive ever been so high I was "trippin" was fun!! I ended up walking through the woods for a few hours singing "surfin bird" with a mate, and I was seeing caterpies... That's right... The pokemon, and giant christmas crackers in the sky... What the papayas did I smoke!??!?!!
-
@purplephish20 that seems FUN
-
@purplephish20 That, my friend, is a good question.
-
@lightingracer Well, the big one according to the DSM-IV is that in order to classify, you have to re-experience the trauma situation as either flashbacks or nightmares. It

@lilytheamazingfaintingpony your avatar is funny and hello
-
@lilytheamazingfaintingpony can say something that reminds them of the experience cause a panic attack and or seizer
-
@lilytheamazingfaintingpony ...is very common to go to extreme lengths to avoid stimuli that "triggers" memories of the traumatic situation. (Stimuli is here meant everything you see, touch, hear and so on). A joke example I once saw was: Plastic palm in office -> "Gooks in the treeline..." (Yeah, I know that term is really offensive, but it was what GIs called them during the Vietnam War)
-
@lightingracer That's very common. See my other post for the offensive example.
