  1. !movies - "The Muppets" - I'm not gonna lie, RDN. This is the most fun I've ever had in a dark room with my family. <.< But seriously. I loved everything about this movie. The Muppets themselves were in amazing form, the humans were completely worthy of their place alongside such greats, and the celebrity cameos were perfectly placed highlights of giddiness. The story itself is pretty straightforward and uncomplicated, and really serves to give us a good dose of Muppet mayhem. It was heartwarming, nostalgic, hilarious, and had a couple of pony-worthy Aesops handled in a beautifully not-heavyhanded manner. And it had a Toy Story short beforehand! :D There's no reason not to see this movie. Total A.

    2. @ponydude2143 :p Yeah, guess the Lyra Heartsrings Icon Movement (LHIM) died out a bit. Anyway, do so! It's been a long time since there's been any Muppets stuff, and that's terrible.

    3. @ponydude2143 Yeah, unfortunately. Hasn't really been much going on in the world of TV variety shows, has there?

    4. @ponydude2143 Yeah, I reckon SNL counts. Not really anything *new* though. I mean, the skits may be new, but at this point it's established; it's not like it's breaking ground and opening the way for similar shows, more like it's occupying the small space available for variety programming.
