yay, I am back home :D ... in other news... cutting hard-frozen pizza is not my forte, nor do I wish to ruin my good knifes... my tummy just has to wait for the pizza to thaw so I can cut it into bake-able oven-size pizza first, and then I have to bake it...

@takeshitakenji my neighbour has one of these http://tinyurl.com/7xwrutj ( still in original packaging ) ... how is making a pizza, or muffins, or cake, in that one ? commendable ?

@takeshitakenji wasnt that a convection oven ? ( checks ) ... its an infrared convection oven... can you get me a picture of what yours looks like ?

@critialcloudkicker It's one of those huge ovens that's built-into the area under the counter, like most 'regular' kitchens have. This isn't mine, but most 'regular' ovens look kind of like this: http://cucinatestarossa.blogs.com/weblog/images/oven_350.jpg

@takeshitakenji sadly, because this is a new type of appartment building there are a few things I do not have room for, or the ability to build it in... such as an oven of your kind, I love those sorts of ovens... but I guess I'll have to settle for a infrared confection oven soonish ... especially for when I want to go mak my own pizza's and make cake... or play cake-craft... that last one is sort of like minecraft with cake, only you use a knife and marzipan instead of a pickaxe :D
