      @thundershine * notes KD on things to try once a vacation in Canada becomes a reality - list * ... also super deluxe sandwich is just a local slang for "tosti with extra random stuff of your choosing and liking" ... or to say as the Americans "grilled ham cheese sandwich, possibly without ham, possibly with mushrooms, possibly with something else you can imagine"
