    2. @princesstwilight Evening in my time zone, but morning. (Why do we have time zones anyway? Summer time I get, but time zones make no sense.)

      1. @lilytheamazingfaintingpony Time Zones: To make sure AM is always in the morning and PM is always at night. Daylight Savings: To squeeze as much sunlight into "daytime" hours as possible.

        1. @forestrain Daylight Savings is not the issue here, because maximizing sunlight in daytime hours is simply brilliant. However, if you grew up having PM at morning and AM at night, you wouldn't think it was weird.

          1. @lilytheamazingfaintingpony Yes... but certain time zones, the sun would rise at... like... 1:30PM and set around 3:30AM, and that would just be weird. When would you take lunch? ;p

              1. @lilytheamazingfaintingpony I suppose. You could always set your clock to UTC and just live that way for a while. ;p Or just get rid of time entirely, and time your day by the suns position in the sky.

                1. @forestrain There's the whole "living as a member of society thing".
