                     @ceruleanspark Yes, one. This might be a bit silly. If a ISP offers wi-fi networking services for their connections (of course, probably for a monthly fee), can they throttle a customer's connection if they setup a wi-fi network using their connection without having the wi-fi service in the package?

                        @ladestitute I'm not sure how they'd even find out. The only hardware they'd be able to detect is the presence of the router, not what it was actually doing. However, if the terms of your contract rule it out, they might well have problems
