  1. @trister why does 'very-near-future' equal 'present' ? I say 'very near' in an attempt to express the notion that our alternate Pinkie Pie exists a matter of minutes or even mere seconds ahead, rather than the days, weeks, months or even years which in the grand scheme could quite reasonably be termed as 'near future'

    1. @elscire I'm arguing semantics because I'm bored. I was making a distinction between 'very near future' and 'very-near-future' since linking the words together would change the meaning from a future that is very near to a point that is very nearly the future.
