  1. So, I just realised that this Saturday's pony marathon is from 11am to 4.30pm GMT. 5 and a half hours of pony. http://mylittlefacewhen.com/media/f/img/mlfw45_129999275894.jpg

        2. @colfax @cavatina On my main computer, on my Macbook, on my Touchpad, on my phone, and now on my old Dell Mini (picked up a 32GB card for it this weekend), which I seldom use any more, but keep around for the occasional emergency. And, yes, on a flash drive that I have stashed, just in case. Why, yes! I think that I have officially gone overboard now.

            1. @mrdragon That'll work. ;) Me not being a gamer, my computer needs are relatively light. So, I can imagine yours flies rings around anything I'd have.

              1. @astra mmhm, I need a new motherboard though, I'm being bottlenecked as its a oxidation 2.0 and my cards a 2.1

                1. @mrdragon Ouch! That doesn't sound good. Though, I have to say, my memories of card oxidation are from having to periodically swab the cartridge contacts in my Colecovision when games would start acting funky, way back in my youth. So, perhaps a bit dated.

                  1. @astra I used to have a spectrum, handed down from my father, apart from that. That's all I know of those days.

                  2. @astra I've been considering turning a couple old Atari 2600 carts I have into external SSDs just for laughs.

                    1. @colfax Ohhh, now THAT would be awesome! Especially if you fit a PC into an Atari 2600 case -- I see a few people online who have done it -- and run the drive connector up through the cartridge slot, so it'd connect with the connector on the drive when you plug the drive in there.

                      1. @astra I was just going to set it up so I could plug a USB cable into it, but I'm liking that idea.
