                  @purplephish20 yeah when you are selecting a wallpaper you can select multiple from one folder, then select how often it changes where it says "Change picture every".

          @purplephish20 On Win7, you can set it to load images from a folder in the Personalize menu. (The one in the pop-up menu when you right-click the desktop.)
