      @princessderpy This is called awareness of awareness. The traditional form of learning about oneself in past centuries of understanding has been to observe similar people, or to personify qualities found in nature or things we make to discover correlations. 8-9 years ago, I had the epiphany - "Why observe other people to learn about myself when I can just actively be conscious of myself in an unbiased state of mind?" It led to lots of research and understanding, but point is I'll blog about my findings and suggestions on Pony Square eventually.
