@echron1000 I will pay for the ticket during the meet up on April 14 since one of your RDN notice said that is a option. Just let you know ahead of time.

@echron1000 !bcbronies Yes. You are. We need to plan this before jumping head-first into gathering funds. I've got a freakishly busy weekend with school projects and can't waste an hour going to Fleetwood and back just to drop off five bucks. If there's a way to plan or pay for this online, I'm willing to give the whole downpayment if everyone can give me 5-10 bucks at the door on the day of the meetup. Is there a max capacity for the room? Is there an internet connection there or at least one at the convention centre? We need to be able to have the episode before we can play it. Is this for a room with a TV or better yet a projector? And you're absolutely certain it closes at 9, right? We need to plan this as much as we can before we pay for it.

@tequilasunrise !bcbronies Not necessarily, since @echron1000 is still freaking out about it. So, will neither of those things be provided in the Metrotown meeting room? How big is it? Is there a max capacity? Can someone in the group rent out a projector from their school? If there's free internet at the convention centre, I'll bring my laptop and try to download a 1080p version off Youtube a couple hours before 7:00, there's generally one already uploaded by 6:00 when I'm off work.

@scribus sorry I am kinda seeing red, I cant tye well and have trouble formulating words and sentances when wrighting, I am being told insulted on not gathering information, I set this grapes up in a single day. and then mike lays into me and he has been riding me hard, ever sence I set u the weeklies and people voted to have them on a day he cant make it out to.
