@greydragon412 I don't think Flash has incompatibility issues like that as far as I know. I can play old, ancient flash games without any issues. Of course, CS5 would still be a lot easier to work with, but that's a personal preference. Sorry if I'm wrong, I'm not a flash dev despite always being interested in it

@flaxx I've been down to Bethesda, MD a lot :D It feels so cool to be really close to a big game legend like them. To me, making games is just a hobby.. But I love it anyway

@binary Yeah, no matter how corny this sounds, I'm going to make games because I think it's fun. Not because of the money. But, if I can earn enough money from making games to spend all my time doing that, then hey, I ain't complaining. I still have a long way to go, though, I'm not even sure if I should go for programming or graphics. I'm leaning towards graphical stuff, 'cause you gotta know a lot of math to study programming, so I'm thinking of learning that as a side project. @fluttershy321 Am I really that bad at lying?

@binary I shop at wegmans and eat at Outback pretty regularly. Maybe we could meet sometime. I always wear my MLP Dash shirt when I go to wegmans.

@flaxx Exactly. I do lots of programming, but I know I could never do it professionally because of all of the complex math I'd need to figure out for anything more than a silly 2D game or two. I'm more of a designer-programmer than a true programmer.

@binary @greydragon412 They're generally REALLY careful not to screw up compatibility for .swf playback - so much that the file format is an absolute mess of backward-compatibility flags and other such nonsense.
