    1. @renovatedkitchen Nope, but I'm curious what it was.

      1. @flaredancer well, I guess like hakupony said it can't be interpreted, but for some reason I was on the wing of a plane. It was really high up and I was supposed to climb down, but I climbed so high up that it would be really hard to climb down without falling. So I either had to fall from the highest point or I had to try to climb down the wing. Ended like that.

        1. @renovatedkitchen Hmm... interesting.

    2. @renovatedkitchen Dream interpretation only works when it is done over a long time and is part of a broader concept. Even then, the vality of the interpretations is questionable. My theory: if you form languages of random words in books, your sentences also seem weird. This kind of is what your brain does when sleeping.

      1. @hakupony good point I guess. I really do like how you put how you see it. It does make a lot of sense. But wait, what if you have this one dream over and over for like a year+?

        1. @renovatedkitchen Okay, that is different. But still: I do not know your brain and I do not know which symbols you use for anything. You could just try to write it down in detail when waking up as a first step - I know some methods to understand underlying meanings in such things - I still think that you'd have to do it yourself.

          1. @hakupony oh, it wasn't this one. I finally stopped having the other one though. Sometimes it will still come back though. When I was little, I would be scared of falling asleep sometimes, knowing that I might have this nightmare. It was really weird. There was also another one I had. I liked having it because it was strange. Lemme hop on the pc.

            1. @renovatedkitchen The method is pretty simple (even though you normally use a team). You take the first section (can be a sentence or even just a symbol. In your example, I would take the wing of the plane) and write every single interpretation down which comes to your mind. In the second sentence, you use your interpretations and try to apply them to the second symbol. If it doesn't work, debunk that theory. Proceed until end. It is much work but it actually is a scientific method of understanding texts.

          2. @hakupony The scary one was: I was in a room, door locked. Then I could see the room from above. I would "split the room in two" with a line. Nothing would happen. Then I would split it again, this time vertically. I could hear a faint voice. I would keep splitting the room into smaller parts, and as I did, the yelling would become louder. Everytime I heard the yelling, I would give off a laugh. By the time the room was completely covered with lines, I could feel IMMENSE pressure. I would then reset the room and everything would repeat.

            1. @renovatedkitchen Sounds like self hurting behaviour, but like I said: I believe if you want to know what it means, you'd best interpret it yourself. It's your brain after all.

              1. @hakupony Sometimes I question my own brain. Although given, it could have been and probably was something demonic, I still question it. What would you mean by self hurting?

                1. @renovatedkitchen That you have the feeling (or desire) to do things because they do you harm. This is how I'd have interpreted those things if it were my dream.

                  1. @hakupony Well, physically I dont hurt myself, but emotionally yes. Whenever I hear that someone else is having a very bad time in their lives it also gets to me. I tend to be a very soft and kind person. I tend to value other peoples lives over my own. I would gladly give my life away if it would help even just that one person.

                    1. @renovatedkitchen In the other words: you share the little you have emotionally and ignore the screams of yours. And you do it over and over again.

                      1. @hakupony Yep. long story short, my life in a nutshell. I manage to cope with my inner self. I cant stop bad thoughts and my problems, but I manage to forget about them and bury them.

                        1. @renovatedkitchen That would be an explaination to your dream.

                          1. @hakupony Hmm. I guess that would explain it. Well, nothing I can really do about it anyway.

          3. @hakupony The neat one: I would just be standing in my back yard, and have a feeling that nuclear war was just about to break out. In my backyard was my tree, but it was dead and black. There was also a bird bath. Dont know why. lol
