          @mrmattimation You probably could re-open it, as far as I know everything gets stored on their servers, you just set it so it can't be seen when you close an account.

            @pegasusninja Whichever Doctor is currently incumbent. Had I done one a few months ago, it would have been Matt Smith, but if I were to do one a few months from now, Peter Capaldi.

            @pegasusninja Or, alternatively, I'd have the currently incumbent Doctor regenerate into one I created. Whatever better suits the cartoon.

            @pegasusninja Now, if I were to do a Doctor WHOOVES cartoon, that would be a different story. It wouldn't just be the Doctor shows up and is all "HI THERE I'M THE DOCTOR PONY LET'S GO ON AN ADVENTURE". I would have to explain WHY he's there, and as such would probably have him regenerate from Smith or Capaldi into a new incarnation and then have THAT incarnation wind up in Ponyville somehow. I don't think I'll wind up doing that; too much backstory to go over, too little time.
