@mushi well duh but that wasn't in the movie

@snowcone the only way to get good is to drop at least $50 on the game

@rarity I don't like this...

@extremefurry mostly a joke; you can get to the highest ranking possible with a free-to-play account
Monday, 10-Feb-14 00:03:24 UTC from web-
@rarity That makes sense, I just hate when free to play games aren't actually free to play like most ftp games actually.

@extremefurry Free to play, just pay to win.

@rarity Get lucky and pull a Ragnarok and Nat Peagle, that's how you win
Monday, 10-Feb-14 00:02:19 UTC from web-
@scoot I managed to pull Pagle B) but I spent $20 to get enough dust to get Rag...
Monday, 10-Feb-14 00:02:57 UTC from web-
@rarity I don't have either and I don't want to spend much in the way of money, so I guess I just can't have them
Monday, 10-Feb-14 00:03:47 UTC from web-
@scoot Rag is very situational though
Monday, 10-Feb-14 00:04:51 UTC from web-
@rarity Every time he has been summoned against me I have lost.
Monday, 10-Feb-14 00:05:08 UTC from web-
@scoot The thing with Rag though is that he just solidifies a lead. No good player is going to play Rag when he has no creatures, or his opponent has a bunch of guys on the board.
Monday, 10-Feb-14 00:07:00 UTC from web-
@rarity They aren't? If it's turn 8, you just drop Rag and let him immediately take out one of their minions or, with luck, deal 8 damage to the opponent. I see no reason to not cast him
Monday, 10-Feb-14 00:08:34 UTC from web-
@scoot It's the RNG that can really screw you over. If you're behind, and you drop Rag and hope that it kills his 8/8 Taunter, and instead it hits him in the face when he's at 30 hp (or worse it hits a 1/1 creature), you just wasted 8 mana to do pretty much nothing. Like I said, very situational.
Monday, 10-Feb-14 00:10:33 UTC from web-
@rarity Although hell, I could be using Rag completely wrong. Maybe I should be playing him turn 8 every single time
Monday, 10-Feb-14 00:13:22 UTC from web -
@rarity "Pretty much nothing". No, he entered the battlefield and killed something or did 8 damage. That's more than most creatures can do, then on top of that he's an 8/8 threat that's guaranteed to be dealt with, which means he draws removal away from your more important creatures. He has massive board presence and does something on his first turn, where is the downside to casting him again?
Monday, 10-Feb-14 00:14:11 UTC from web-
@scoot Maybe I'm just stingy with him, but I prefer to use him as a game-ender. I run so much other removal, that using him to just kill some random thing I could get rid of at a lower cost isn't worth it to me. Like I said I could be doing it all wrong
Monday, 10-Feb-14 00:16:47 UTC from web-
@rarity You sort of are. If you're already running tons of removal doesn't he pretty much just read "Deal 8 damage to your opponent every turn"? He changes your game plan to "empty your opponents field every turn" and that's really a lot easier
Monday, 10-Feb-14 00:19:41 UTC from web-
@scoot And that's literally my game plan. If their board is empty, then I drop him.
Monday, 10-Feb-14 00:20:37 UTC from web-
@rarity drop him anyway, he'll help his own cause along.
