  1. Welp. Toronto's only classic rock station is now a generic rock station. Dammit. Guess I'll have to learn to actually like music that was recorded during my lifetime.

    1. @techdisk Oh yeah, I heard about Q. I don't what the big deal is in playing some alt rock from the 80s and 90s is, it's generally still been just as hit and miss for me as it was before as far as good songs are concerned.

      2. @northernnarwhal I've basically been listening to Q all my life thanks to my dad, so I 80% of the time like what's playing. Now I'm not sure. Gotta listen and decide.

        1. @techdisk Well, I also had a "classic rock dad" (and my mom is into Italian opera music), but I also listened to a lot of Q growing up, but I've sort of branched out to a bunch of other genres as well, so I guess I'm more used to the "new" stuff they're starting to play.

          1. @northernnarwhal i listened to classic rock when I was little, and then branched out basically to YouTube musicians who cover video game music and pony music, while still keeping my love of classic rock. YouTube has kept me from branching into more or less everything that's been put out on an actual cd in stores since I was born in '95.

            1. @techdisk There are only a few genres I can think of where I've yet to find anything I like in them.
