    pulseaudio --kill && pulseaudio --start # I usually do this whenever I have an issue with pulseaudio. Like crackling sounds.

      @climagic I simply don't install pulseaudio. Not having it has never been a problem. I'm not even sure what exactly it *does* aside from make my audio stop working.

      @widget Never had a problem with sound in Flash sans-pulse.
