!vancouverbronies I was at a Brony panel in Calgary last night where they announced the "Calgary Brony Exhibition", which is just a Brony Con. And that made me wonder, why don't we have a Brony conversation in BC? I mean COME ON the show is pratically made here, and if it were to grow we would have the easiest access to staff.

@phunkymat !vancouverbronies That screening was a mini-con in of itself. We've proven we can hold a small one just with that screening. To go bigger scale is a different story. I would look into talking with IRL Events to see if they would support us if that's something we wish to do. (they support a ton of local cons)

@phunkymat !bcbronies *Convention. And go down to Everfree in Seattle. If we try to hold a convention up here it'll just be expensive and cannibalize the other, much larger and more professionally-arranged one down there.

@bronymike !bcbronies WOW... I must still have a "I live in Calgary" mindset, because I completely forgot how close Seattle is... I'll definitely be going to Everfree Northwest now :)
